Thank you for your interest in registering for the upcoming Spring season.  Here are some important dates: 

THESE DATES WILL BE ADJUSTED. New dates coming soon once I know about when fields are ready for practice. 

Players must be age 4 - 16 as of May 1, 2024. Boys and girls are welcome; however, we do not have any girls only teams. If you have any specific questions please TEXT Tricia @228-669-3812.

Our park is Clarence Johnson Memorial Park. We are located at the intersection of Duckworth Road and Three Rivers Road. We are next to Three Rivers Elementary.

Important Dates:
Online registration will be January 2-February 9, 2024.
Friday, February 9- Registration ends (ALL registrations are completed online.) Late registrants will only be permitted on an "as needed" basis.

If there is ANY reason you cannot register on time, please TEXT Tricia @ 228-669-3812 the player's name and DOB and she will work out a plan to register the player and discuss payment arrangements with you. But please do this BEFORE February 9.

February 10 and/or 11: Potential draft date (location & times TBA coaches only) 

Week of February 12: *Players should hear from coaches by 2/16/24. If you don't hear from your coach by February 16, TEXT Tricia and she will get you your coach's contact information. 

February 12-16 Tentatively, practices may begin. The league will message coaches and authorize practices to begin. Practice schedules will be discussed at the draft. Coaches will always let you know of their team's practice times and days.

March 29- April 5 Spring Break- It will be up to individual head coaches as to whether their team practices. No games will be scheduled. 

Tentative March 2 Opening Day: Schedule TBD depending on the number of registrants. 

Tentative March 11- Games begin. *All t-ball games will be played at 6:00. All other age groups could play at 6:00 or 7:30. Games could be played at "away" fields also. This will vary in each age group based on number of registrants. 

Date TBD- OGYA In house tournament- All teams will play this weekend and all teams will play 2 games on Saturday followed by "seed games" on Sunday. We do our best to play these after 12:00 on Sunday. All teams will advance to Sunday. Single elimination on Sunday. Awards will be given to all first and second place teams. *Weather permitting also.

TBA-Closing Ceremonies *Awards will be given to all players.

Parents: Please remember that our ballfield is a County property so DOGS are prohibited plus we are a SMOKE FREE facility by City Ordinance. Bikes, coolers, and scooters are also not allowed inside our ballfields.
